There are 3 different possible train journeys from CDG to Versailles, all of which start at one of Paris’ busiest train station, the RER station at CDG. The station is located under Terminal 2 at Charles de Gaulle and trains operate between 0500-0000.

The first option is to catch the RER B to Massy Palaiseau where you then change onto the RER C towards Versailles Chantiers. This is a lengthy journey and can take in excess of 1 hour 32 minutes which really would not be fun after a long flight.
