Transfers from Orly Airport to Newport Bay Club Hotel by Train
If you miss this bus and don’t want to wait for another hour, you can travel by train. However, there is no direct train line from Orly Airport to Disney Newport Bay Club Hotel. That being said, you can use the railway system with a few transfers.
The fastest of these is to use a RER and a high-speed train. This route is only 15 minutes longer than the option we described above and requires more walking.
Starting from Orly Airport, you have to walk approximately 37 minutes to Pont de Rungis Aéroport d’Orly and board the RER C which will take you to Massy-Palaiseau station in 7 minutes. Then you have to get on the TGV INOUI 5440 and in 30 minutes you’ll get to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy. Finally, walk for 20 minutes and you’ll arrive at Disney Newport Bay Club Hotel. Since this route takes two transfers, expect to pay around €30.
For those who want to try out the tram system in Paris, there is also a tram-train combination. It takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes and has three transfers. From Orly Airport, specifically Orly 4, you have to board the tram that goes to Gare d’Antony. It comes every 10 minutes and should cost you about €12.
There, you have to transfer to RER B going to Massy-Palaiseau. It arrives every 10 minutes and costs €3–5. Here you have several train options that all go to Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy:
- The SNCF 7660 takes 32 minutes and costs somewhere between €10–21. However, this train goes once a day.
- The TGV inOui also takes around 30 minutes but the price is higher (€18–45). Luckily, the ride shows up every 2 hours.
Once you get to your final stop, you need to walk 22 minutes so you get to Disney Newport Bay Club Hotel. All in all, this route may cost you €83 at most.
Transfer from Orly to Newport Bay Club Hotel by Bus
A more cost-effective solution to taxis, although slower, is traveling by bus. The fastest route from Orly Airport to Disney Newport Bay Club Hotel takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. The bus arrives at the Orly Airport every hour and takes you to the Newport Bay Club bus stop.
To get on the bus you’ll have to walk 5 minutes from the arrivals to Orly 1-2-3. Board the Navette Orly line toward Aller Disneyland Paris. After 6 stops and around 1 hour and 25 minutes of riding, you should arrive at the Newport Bay Club bus stop. Then it’s only a 2-minute walk to the Disney Newport Bay Club. The whole ride costs €23.
