Taking the train from Gare du Nord to Disneyland Paris will be via the Metro and RER networks. The closest train station to the hotel is the station at Marne-la-vallee which is on the RER A line. There are a couple of routes you can take.
Travelling from Gare du Nord on either the RER B, RER D or Metro 4 you make your way to Chatelet Les Halles. Once there you can take the RER A to Marne-la-vallee.
Alternatively you can go from Gare du Nord to Oberkampf on the Metro 5. At Oberkampf you take the Metro 9 to Nation where you can take the RER A to Marne-la-vallee.
There are other routes around the suburban network but they require many changes and add little value.
