Transfers from CDG to Mont St Michel By Train
If you are so inclined, you somewhat could transfer from CDG To Mont St Michel by train. French national railway company, SNCF, offers connection trips three times a day from CDG TGV rail station near Terminal 2. Departures are ar 0849, 0919 and 1248 every day except on Sunday when the third departure is at 1348.
The first and third departure of the day will take you directly to Rennes by means of a TGV train. At Rennes after 30 or 80 minutes wait you can board on connecting bus for Le Mont-Saint-Michel, on Sunday waiting for connecting bus from 1348 departure is 30 minutes.
The second departure of the day, at 0919, has two changes. The first leg of the journey will take you to Massy, where after 35 minutes brake you can board the TGV train for Rennes.
After arriving in Rennes you will be having a 30-minute pause till the departure of the bus for Le Mont-Saint-Michel. While the trip has one or two changes, the SNCF is conveniently offering single tickets for the whole trip.
But, depending on the occupancy of the train and how many days in advance you are booking the tickets, their price varies quite a bit, between €75 and €120.

Transfer from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Mont Saint Michel By Bus
Traveling by bus from Charles de Gaulle airport to Mont Saint Michell is a bit complicated affair, which would last at least eight and a half hours. As there are no direct lines you would need to make several changes.
Firstly, you would need to transfer from CDG to La Defense bus station. The most direct way is by 732 line bus operated by FlixBus, which runs every day at 1110 from Terminal 3. Your other option is to take the line 350 RATP bus from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1. Then, at Terminal 1, to embark on BlaBlaBus shuttle which runs to Etoile/Champs Elysées, where you can change to the RATP line 73 bus which stops at La Defense.
The shuttle and lines 350 and 73 buses run every 20-30 minutes from 0805 till 2310. When you arrive at La Defense you will need to embark on a bus to Avranches.
Every day there are at least two departures operated by FlixBus. Line 772 departure at 0755 every day except Monday, and 722 at 1510 on weekdays, 774 at 1325 on Saturday and Sunday, and 722 at 1850 on Sunday.
These lines all go through Caen and due to scheduling conflicts only line 772 does not require an overnight stay in Caen. At Avranches, there are two daily departures, at 0824 and 1423 from Tuesday to Friday, while on Saturday one at 1023, and Sunday and Monday at 1124.
These SNCF operated buses drive to Pontorson, where you should change to a Mont-Saint-Michel Shuttle bus.
