We request you to make your reservation 48 hours before the journey as our transfer service is an on-demand service. We shall confirm you at the earliest of time (usually within three hours) and we encourage you to bring a print copy of your reservation.

We will not charge you any extra money because it's part of our company's policy. Plus, we encourage you to contact us whenever you face flight rescheduling problem.
If your flight is cancelled, then we would arrange a shuttle service for you. However, we would charge you money for this service because the driver will be at the airport to pick you and in the event of cancellation of your flight; he/she would have to return without taking you. So, it is a cost for us and we hope that you would be kind enough to understand this situation.
