Travelling from Orly Airport to Magny le Hongre? Located on the eastern edge of Paris, Magny-Le-Hongre is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne department.

With a population of 5000 in a small area, the commune is densely populated. Since 1992 it has become very famous for being the home of Disneyland Paris. The commune supports the major tourist attraction and is home to many hotels.

Transfers from Orly to Magny Le Hongre by Train

The Orlyval automatic light metro shuttle connects Orly Airport to the suburban rail network throughout Paris, however, this will take you through the busy centre of Paris. The Orlyval goes directly from the airport to Antony RER station.

The ability to get to Antony offers the ability to get to Magny Le Hongre on the rail network. Once you are at Antony on the RER B line you take the train to Chatelet Les Halles.

From Chatelet Les Halles you need to change onto the RER A network. Here you need to catch a RER A train headed towards Marne-la-vallee where you can disembark and make your way to wherever your destination is in Magny Le Hongre.

Duration: 1 hr 56 minutes

Cost: Adult single ticket is €10, Child single ticket is €7.

There are other options of changing between RER or Metro services but these journeys take longer and add no real value. There are no intercity rail options between Orly to Magny Le Hongre.

Transfer from Orly Airport to Magny Le Hongre by Bus

There are two options to use the bus, although neither are the most convenient or best value.

The first option is to take the OrlyBus from Orly Airport to Denfert-Rochereau where you can join the suburban rail network. You take the Metro 6 to Nation where you then change onto the RER A network to Marne-la-vallee.

From Marne-la-vallee you can walk to your destination in Magne Le Hongre. The Orlybus operates 0600 to 0030 and they depart Orly every 20 minutes, but be warned, the buses used are not designed for large amounts of passengers with suitcases.

Duration: 1 hr 30 minutes.

Cost: Adult single ticket each way is €20, Child single ticket each way is €10.

The other option is to use the Disney Magical Shuttle Bus, this service operates between Orly Airport and Disneyland Paris so passengers can disembark at one of the Disney hotels in the commune.

This service departs between 0900 and 1920 each day, 7 days a week. Journeys take around 80 minutes.

Duration: 1 hr 20 minutes.

Cost: Adult single ticket each way is €23, Child single ticket each way is €10.
